Welcome to Foundations 4 Business Limited – financial administration and bookkeeping specialists based in Christchurch. I am Hayley Walker, the head of the business and I believe in quality. My small practice enables me to be connected, add value and be a part of every clients’ business journey.
We are proud to be accredited by the Institute of NZ Bookkeepers, which gives us access to resources and support. This is no easy feat and we have worked hard to meet the strict criteria. We operate a range of financial services and work with a variety of industry sectors.
Hayley’s passion is for financial administration and bookkeeping is what she does best. Sharing her thoughts Hayley says, “My parents have always been business owners. Over the years I have shared with them the disappointments, sacrifices, challenges and rewards that being a business owner can bring – this is why bookkeeping means more to me than just coding and number crunching. Our priority at Foundations 4 Business Limited is to offer a service that fully meets the needs of our business owners. This means we listen, get involved and adapt.“
Financial administration is what Hayley does best. She worked for a wealth management company in the UK for many years before moving to New Zealand with her young family in 2008. Since living in New Zealand she has been working in account administration roles for small to medium sized companies such as non-profit, construction, farming, whole-sale and manufacturing. In 2018 she backed up her knowledge by obtaining the Certificate in Bookkeeping.
Early in 2019 Hayley took the plunge to become a small business owner herself. Out of that decision Foundations 4 Business Limited was born and through Hayley’s certifications and continued professional development, she gained her accreditation with the Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers.
